As an Account Manager at ThirtyThree, you’ll work alongside our Account Directors on an established portfolio of clients and a wide range of projects. That means managing large and complex campaigns, as well as the smaller ad-hoc stuff, so we can keep producing high quality work, on time and to budget.

It’s a role that’s all about relationships. You’ll liaise daily with your clients, of course. You’ll partner with our in-house production company, 33RED, for sure. And you’ll most definitely find yourself working alongside our creative, brand & insight, media and social teams. All so you can develop the new concepts, new content and new strategies that help your clients attract the best talent there is.

A bit about you

We’re really looking for an Account Manager who’s happiest working on multiple projects and to different deadlines. The type who feels most comfortable when they’re busy and gets proactive when they’re not.

Ideally, you’ll have some previous agency experience that’s helped you get familiar with the creative process, as well as building project plans and proposals. But, more importantly, you’ll need to be someone who can think on your feet and stay focussed under pressure.

In a nutshell, you’ll need to be an efficient, detail-oriented team player who knows what it takes to keep both your clients and your colleagues on side.
