As Client Partner at ThirtyThree, we can offer you variety in the projects you’ll work on, the clients you’ll work with and the industries they’re part of. Your role will ensure success for your clients and the agency too, as you help to develop partnerships and deliver great results. You’ll report directly into our Chief Operating Officer, and will get hands on with proposals, pitches and new opportunities, growing solid working relationships both with clients and colleagues. Together with your teams, you’ll play a central role in growing our London client accounts and opening doors to new ones.

What will you need?

This is a role that needs a more flexible approach to working and a positive ‘can do’ attitude. With strong problem-solving skills, creativity and strategic thinking, you’ll have a clear understanding of the challenges and priorities of our clients and account teams. You’ll help clients to understand what ThirtyThree has to offer and which solutions are right for them. And by doing so you will increase revenue across your accounts.

Empathy and understanding are some of your greatest assets. And they make you a great communicator and thoughtful decision maker. You can connect and engage with people at all levels, including senior stakeholders, and you know how to approach conflict too. You build bridges across functions and departments, overseeing multiple projects and maximising business results.

Key Requirements

Key responsibilities:

  • Structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives - developing account growth plans, synthesizing market related data, leading client analysis and defining the overall client development approach.
  • Report monthly to the Finance Director on forecast and revenue targets and lead your team to deliver and exceed those
  • Deliver tailored proposals, pitches and opportunities to clients – communicating the benefits of those ThirtyThree services which are relevant to their needs.
  • Manage and lead a team of account directors, managers and executives, coaching them to think commercially and deliver amazing work for our clients.
  • Ensure your accounts are receiving the highest customer service, all commercial requirements and performance metrics are being followed, and a regular flow of reporting and insights is being shared.
  • Effectively communicate and frame client opportunities and challenges to issue clear project briefs and expectations when enlisting cross functional support.
Required Skills & Experience

Your experience and skills:

  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience working in an employer brand and talent acquisition landscape, within the UK and globally.
  • A strong commercial awareness and strategic mindset with an excellent track record of meeting and/or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, personable and articulate.
  • Ability to develop existing accounts as well as grow new opportunities, with excellent track record of supporting with pitch work and upselling.
  • Integrated marketing experience with an emphasis on digital and an ability to shape campaigns that work across all touch points.
